Ordered food at 17.15 and told it would arrive at 18.00. Called at 18.30 and was told food had been made and was ready to go out. Called again at 19.00 and got no answer. Called again at 19.30 and got no answer. Food arrived at 19.50 and was stone cold to the point the pizza cheese was congealed. Terrible customer service and terrible food quality from what used to be a good takeaway.

Got an above average pizza for the area and some decent chips. I ordered one 500ml bottle of Emerge but got a 250ml one instead so I am either missing an item or the size is wrong on the website. Despite the missing item it was a pretty good eat.

Waited 50 mins over delivery time and phoned up to complain . Guy on the phone was really rude and told me mine wasn’t the only order he was dealing with ( obviously missed his customer service training ). The food did arrive ten minutes later and the order was wrong must have run out of fish and replaced with fish fingers !! SERIOUSLY DONT ORDER FROM HERE , CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD TERRIBLE

Disappointed with my order this time. Delivery was over an hour, 25 minutes after scheduled delivery time. Food was lukewarm. When I called them to find out where my order was, I was told it would be on way and the the phone was hung up. Such a shame as normally have fantastic service and always return.

Food ordered to the wrong shop which was my mistake , phoned the shop once I found the correct number and they didn’t look to refund money stated there was nothing we could do even though I stay in Glasgow ! Stated it shouldn’t have let me order if my postcode was Glasgow ? Which it did ! Number on this form is incorrect therefore phoned wrong shop which did not have my order . Had to google this shops phone number online . £30 food order for nothing and no help whatsoever . Pure greed in hard times like this.

Slow delivery, food was lookwarm, pakora was either overcooked, old or burnt. On the plus side the madras sause was as good as I've tasted.

Ordered a bbq chicken tikka calzone and specifically asked for no mushrooms as I allergic. My order came with mushrooms and when I phoned the restaurant to explain there reply was “pick the mushrooms out” I used to order from here often but after that I won’t be ordering again

We absolutely loved our delivery. We had 2 pizzas and some chips. The pizzas were absolutely perfect, it's the first time my kids have polished off any delivery we've had. I'll be ordering again. Food is fantastic Easy system to order from Quick delivery Food arrived piping hot Fantastic all round. Thank you!
